Yorkshire Premier Meat Ltd operate two EU approved meat preparation plants at Sheffield and South Kirkby in South Yorkshire dedicated to supplying the meat manufacturing industry with specially prepared fore-quarter beef, pork, lamb and venison for the added-value ready meals market.

The two plants have a combined throughput of ten tonnes of meat per hour, with Sheffield deboning beef forequarters and South Kirkby being multi-species.
