- Vehicles can be viewed from 4.00pm every Monday & Thursday at Thainstone Centre.
- INDEMNITY PREMIUM
An indemnity is payable in addition to the sale price on all lots purchased. The indemnity cover is such that, if the vehicle purchased has been recorded on the V-car Register (and not declared at time of sale), is stolen property or is subject to an undischarged hire purchase agreement and is to be repossessed, the purchase price will be repaid in full. The period of this cover will be one year from the date of purchase and will be limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. - All vehicles have details of their make, model, year, mileage and documentation displayed on the windscreens, along with their warranted or non-warranted status.
- Expert staff are available to offer guidance which is available at the sale, or by contacting us.
- Once decided on a vehicle, when it appears for sale, bid clearly to the auctioneer by raising your hand.
- A deposit or full price of the vehicle is due on the fall of the hammer. This should be made by cash, switch, bankers draft or certified cheque to the rostrum clerk. Credit cards accepted up to £500 unless by previous arrangement.
- If a deposit is left, the outstanding balance should be paid by 12 noon on the day following the sale.
- The full purchase price of the vehicle must be paid, and cheques given time to clear (usually 5 banking days) before vehicles are released from our secure compound.
- All sales are conducted under our Motor Vehicle Conditions of Sale
- All vehicles sold are subject to an HPI indemnity check which ensures vehicles are not subject to Finance Agreements, Stolen or involved in Major Insurance Claims.
