Car Boot sales are held every Sunday at Thainstone Centre:
Car Boot sale details are as follows:
- Located in the top car park.
- Only £10 per car parking space collected from your car in the morning.
- Gates are open from 7am.
- Set up from 8am.
- First come first served queuing system in operation.
- Cars, Vans and Trailers are allowed - price of pitch will increase if more than one car-park space is used.
New goods should not be sold in the
Car Boot area.
New goods and food stuffs are not permitted in the car boot area.
A separate area is available for traders

Please note tables are not provided on uncovered areas.
Car Boot Guidance
- The application of a false description to any goods supplied or offered for sale, is an offence.
- Any attempt to restrict customers' rights by means of a notice or other document is an offence.
- Second Hand electrical goods must comply with the low voltage Equipment Safety Regulations 1989
- Second Hand unholstered furniture must satisfy the requirements of the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1990. Most furniture manufactured before 1988 will not do so. Furniture includes Chairs, Divans, Beds, Three piece Suites, Prams, Pushchairs, Highchairs and Cots.
- It is an offence to sell foodstuffs
