When despatching livestock to Scotch Premier Meat Limited the farmer/consignor must ensure that the
following documentation is provided:-
- A valid and correctly completed Cattle Passport issued by the British
Cattle Movement Service which contains the animal's date of birth and
which can be verified by BCMS
- A fully completed and signed, Cattle Declaration Form.
