Products are despatched using the company's dedicated fleet of temperature controlled vehicles. The documentation which accompanies consignments comprises:
- Delivery Note
- Scotch Premier Traceability Sheet
- Scotch Premier Certificate of Origin
Temperatures are constantly monitored throughout the distribution chain to ensure customers receive high quality Scotch beef, lamb and pork in optimum condition.
Boxed cuts are loaded using the sealed bays which maintain carcase temperatures before being despatched to customers throughout the UK using the company's dedicated fleet of temperature controlled vehicles.
