In addition to this we are pleased to be able to offer complete event organisation, be it flowers for the tables, entertainment, personalised menus or even a marquee.

Highland Cuisine only uses the finest of Scottish produce.
All beef, pork and lamb come direct from Scotch Premier Meat where Raymond Wight, Managing Director, specially selects all meats along with Graham Fryers, our Executive Chef to ensure that we get the best product all from local farms.
Details can be requested from field to plate, so traceability is offered where required.
