15th November 2006 - Final Antiques sale of year offers Christmas presents with a difference

TSA will hold their final antiques sale of the year next week, giving shoppers the chance to pick up some unusual Christmas presents.

 

With viewing to take place between 5pm and 8pm on Tuesday, November 21st and from 9am the following morning, the sale itself will commence at 1pm on Wednesday, November 22nd in Thainstone EXCHANGE, Thainstone Centre, Inverurie.

 

Around 700 lots will be on offer, with furniture including a Sutherland table, oak roll-top desk, oak coffer and a Pembroke writing table with slope.  Porcelain entries will feature a variety of well-known ranges including pieces by Clarice Cliff, Aynsley, Maling, Wedgewood, Doulton and Coalport.

 

Other items on offer will range from Hornby toys – including a clockwork train set – to tilly lamps, jewellery and pictures.
