We have been agents for AMC since 1992, and can provide mortgage loans
to approved applicants who are already established in farming and can comply
with the Corporation's other lending criteria.
Applicants can borrow up to 50% of the value of the farm property offered
as first security and require to submit three years' previous accounts in
support of an application.
AMC can offer fixed rate and variable loans, the latter being capable
of conversion to a fixed rate subject to payment of an additional fee of
0.25% of the amount loan.
