Welcome to CHARCUTERIE. We specialise in the manufacture of cooked meats and sausages of a continental flavour but we are also experts in creating traditional favourites such as Rare Beef, Pastramis, posh Hams, Sausages, Haggis, Stuffings and puddings among other utterly delicious ingredients all totally unsuitable for vegetarians!

Established by George R. Watson in 1985, our mission is to create and manufacture quality cooked, smoked and cured meat products to satisfy present and future demands of the food industry and to anticipate and respond promptly to our customer’s needs.  We provide loyal and uncompromised service to Manufacturers of value added Ready Meals, Sandwiches, Pizzas, Food Service, Catering, Wholesale, Retail and Cash & Carry markets developing bespoke recipes alongside our customers to suit their individual requirements.  Research and development combined with investment in the latest technology and in staff training ensure that we will continue to prosper as consumer tastes develop and change.

We were acquired by the ANM Group Ltd, one of the UK’s leading farmers cooperatives, in July 2004.  We are now part of a dynamic, forward thinking organisation proudly carrying CHARCUTERIE and her sister companies towards an extremely exciting future.
