WARDES, KINTORE - Aberdeen and Northern Marts (17th May)
Aberdeen and Northern Marts conducted the Annual Spring Sale of Commercial Beef Breeding Cattle at Wardes, Kintore on behalf of Messrs A R Mathers and Sons. A large audience of buyers forward saw a good selection of natural heifer with calves at foot make a steady trade. Bulling heifers met a selective demand.

Heifer with heifer calf - Lim - £2,700; LimX - £2,600; SimX - £2,400; Sim - £2,250; HerX - £2,000; AAX - £1,850.
