Prime heifers (55) averaged 132.94p (+4.34p) and sold to 145p per kg for a 515kg Limousin from Mains of Dumbreck, Udny to Rhinds of Elgin Ltd and £943.20 gross for a 655kg Charolais from Brucewells, Netherley to Woodhead Brothers.


Young bulls (4) averaged 88.39p (-4.22p) and sold to 94p per kg and £1090.40 gross for a 1160kg Charolais from Harestone, Crathes to Binghill Ltd, Milltimber.


Beef cows (226) averaged 83.32p (+0.37p) and sold to 116.7p per kg for a 630kg Charolais from Harestone, Crathes and £895 gross for a 880kg Charolais from Harestone, Crathes.
