cattle, 19 and OTM cattle.
Prime bullocks (64) averaged 118.9p and sold to 139p
per kg for a 560kg Limousin from Kedron, Garlogie, and purchased by Rhinds
of Elgin Limited, and £936 gross for a 800kg Charolais from Coolgardie,
Kintore.
Prime heifers (53) averaged 122.3p and sold to 141p per
kg for a 545kg Charolais from Home Farm, Haughton, and purchased by Rhinds
of Elgin, and £861 gross for a 700kg Limousin from Westside, Glassel
and purchased by Woodhead Brothers, Turriff.
Young bull (one) sold to 89p and £747.60 gross
for a 840kg Limousin from East Mondynes, Fordoun.
Beef cows (14) averaged 71.9p and sold to 81p per kg
for a 645kg Simmental from Netherhall Farm, Insch, and £705 gross
for a 1,010kg Charolais from Windyhills, Meikle Wartle.
Farrow bulls (one) sold to 53p per kg and £435
gross for a 825kg Highland from Balmoral Estates, Balmoral.
Heifers (two) averaged 94.6p and sold to 96p per kg for
a 650kg Simmental from Mill of Buckie, Buckie, and £695 gross for
a 745kg Charolais from Burnside of Idoch, Turriff.
Steers (two) averaged 95.89p and sold to 99p per kg and
£765 gross for a 770kg Belgian Blue from Mameulah, Newmachar.

Texels from Backhill of Thornton, Bourtie.
New season SQQ up to 45.5kg (383) averaged 83.4p per kg.
