Prime bullocks (20) averaged 117.7p (-2.5p) and sold to 135p per kg for a 600kg Limousin from Forbes Arms Stud, Tullynessle, and for a 590kg Limousin from 10 Sunnyside Drive, Alford, both purchased by Rhinds of Elgin Limited, Elgin, and £904.40 gross for a 680kg Limousin from Forbes Arms Stud. Prime heifers (40) averaged 120.9p (-0.7p) and sold to 135p per kg for a 655kg Charolais from Mains of Elrick, Auchnagatt, and purchased by Woodhead Brothers, Turriff, and £912.50 gross for a 730kg Charolais also from Mains of Elrick.

Beef cows (251) averaged 68.73p (-3.43p) and sold to 108.1p per kg for a 680kg Limousin from Parkfield, Oldmeldrum and £845 gross for a 810kg Limousin from Clinterty, New Aberdour. Dairy cows (16) averaged 50.72 (-7.38p) and sold to 61.4p per kg and £445 gross for a 725kg Friesian from Overton of Keithfield, Methlick.

Farrow bulls (16) averaged 36.6p (-3.37p) and sold to 59.8p per kg for a 610kg Limousin Crownhead, Keith-hall and £565 gross for a 1150kg Charolais from Midhouse, Harray.

Heifers (23) averaged 89.3p (+6.67p) and sold to 118.6p per kg for a 645kg Limousin from Clochtow, Slains and £795 gross for a 760kg Belgian Blue from Shiel, Muir of Fowlis. Steers (6) averaged 96.58p (+9.58p) to 105.1p per kg and £615 gross for a 585kg Simmental from Upper Tillathrowie, Gartly.
