Prime bullocks (51) averaged 123.5p (-2.4p) to
137p per kg for a 555kg Limousin from Cairncoullie, Glenkindie purchased
by Woodhead Brothers, Turriff and a 520kg Limousin also from Cairncoullie
purchased by Rhinds of Elgin Ltd. Top gross was £978 gross for a
815kg Simmental from 4 Kirkview, Lumphanan.
Prime heifers (68) averaged 123.5p (-1.1p) to 141p
per kg for a 500kg Limousin from Greenhaugh, Huntly purchased by
Woodhead Brothers and £821.10 gross for a 595kg Limousin from Darnabo,
Fyvie to Woodhead Brothers.
Beef cows (118) averaged 70.84p (-7.84p) to 100p
per kg for a 695kg a Aberdeen Angus from Honeyneuk, Maud and £725
for a 925kg Simmental from Wicker Inn, Banchory,
